Our process is a harmony of mechanical precision and human touch. Each frame is meticulously cut using advanced CNC technology for flawless accuracy — ensuring a snug, durable lens fit that stands the test of time. Then, the journey continues by hand.

For seven days, the frames are tumbled in a rolling drum filled with fine wood particles to develop their signature smooth texture. This is followed by a second, hand-polishing process, where every curve and edge is refined by artisans to perfection.

But we don’t stop there.

Each frame is hand-assembled, manually adjusted for ideal ergonomics, and undergoes a 100% final quality check before ever leaving our hands. Every element is examined — not just for function, but for feeling.

We go even further with our signature name engravings. SoL Epsilon Return & Exchange Policy

At Sol Epsilon, each pair of eyewear is handcrafted with precision, care, and intention — and when engraved with your name, it becomes uniquely yours.

Because of the personalized nature of our frames, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on engraved items unless they meet specific conditions outlined below.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and issue full or partial refunds only under the following conditions:
• The product arrives damaged or broken upon delivery (with valid proof within 7 days of receipt).
• The product is not as described — e.g., incorrect color, frame model, or missing elements.
• The lens prescription is incorrect due to an error on our part.

To be eligible for a return:
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in original condition, including all packaging.

Custom-engraved frames are non-refundable unless they fall under the above conditions.

• Your prescription lenses are not accurate or you need a lens upgrade (e.g., from standard blue light to prescription).
• Your product arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete.

In such cases, we may:
